This is a repeat of a very well-received batch in late 2010. This year’s attempt will involve efforts to raise the alcohol content above 5.5%, over the 2010 3.9%, using techniques I have read about. Hopefully, this will come out well enough to be the perfect compliment to a steak dinner.
