Release Name: La bevanda nostra

A new recipe from 5-Minute Brewery which I plan to translate into partial mash.  The release name comes from a play on the phrase “La costa nosta”, which in Italian means “this thing of ours”.

La bevanda nostra means “this drink of ours.”  It was inspired by a picture of my grandson taken in 2024, who he had the look and facial expression of a cliché mafia boss, while sitting in his high chair.
